We’re back from San Francisco! These days have been awesome!

Every year we go to the conferences and meet a lot of friends who are developing games all around the world. It’s great to be able to see what others and doing and hear first hand feedback on our new games.

There was an event in San Francisco in which The Fancy Pants Adventures was showcased. It was a huge success and people enjoyed the new multiplayer mode. Check the new trailer if you haven’t seen it yet.

Even more, press could finally enjoy the game. We’re very happy with the first previews. You can check some of them at Kotaku, IGN y Wired

Actually, Wired called us “Brazil-based studio”. Wish it would be like this Madrid is really a nice place, but in Brazil we could see through our window something like this:

Fancy Pants Adventures development!

Its been a long time since the last update!

And what happened in our studio during the last months?

We are in the final stages of the development of The Fancy Pants Adventures. We are spending a lot of time in testing, tweaking, debugging and making the game as fun as possible! But it’s not an easy job! The game will be released in two platforms (Xbox 360 and Playstation 3) and that is giving a few headaches… but in the end, the game is very fun and innovative and its an effort that is worth taking. You’ll be seeing a lot more of it soon. We have a few surprises for the next weeks

Nyx brings Home two Awards!!

The Gods of Olympus have been really nice with us!! Nyx has brought from the Gamelab 2010 two of the three awards we were nonimated.

The funny statuettes for the Best Design and Best Downloadable Game decorate now our new facilities. We are very pleased for being awarded with these prizes. This has been a really rewarding year for us and these awards are the best possible closure. They are the highest distinction the Spanish game industry could have made to us.

From this blog we want to thank the jury who positively evaluated our game and the organization for all the effort put in this event. We also want to congratulate all the other awarded studios (lots of good friends among them).

For those who didn’t get a prize we wish them a lot of luck for the next edition. But they will have to work hard, because we are going to do our best in oder to be there again!

Hello world!

Over the Top Games is trying a new web design. Now updating and adding articles will be easier and hopefully this will translate into more post!

We have now a blog in Spanish for all our spanish friends (hint: link on the right!).
